At Vango Wellness, my mission is simple: uncomplicate health for real people living real lives. That’s why I’m launching a brand-new content series that’s been a long time coming:
"To Hack or Not to Hack" — where I break down the latest wellness trends, biohacks, and viral health hacks with curiosity, science, and a dash of common sense.
I want to empower you to feel better, live longer, and stay informed—without falling down a TikTok/ Instagram rabbit hole every week.
Why This Series?
Let’s be honest: the wellness world can be overwhelming. One week, everyone’s swearing by cold plunges. The next, it’s raw milk lattes, lymphatic drainage, or mushroom-powered everything. Some of it’s gold, some of it’s hype, and most of it needs context—especially when it comes to women’s health.
With “To Hack or Not to Hack,” I’m stepping in as your wellness translator. Each post will analyze a trending hack and give you the Vango Wellness take: What’s legit? What’s fluff? And most importantly, is it worth your time, money, and energy?
What to Expect
🔍 Evidence-based reviews – We’ll dive into research (when it exists), share expert insights, and consider anecdotal experiences too.
💬 Personal perspective – As a wellness coach, trainer, and woman who’s been through the burnout cycle, I’ll share how I personally approach each hack.
✅ Real-life recommendations – Whether it’s a green light, a red flag, or a “try this instead,” you’ll walk away with clarity.
